We have successfully built a We have successfully built a multi-storey plant for them as per their requirement having a 24 feet clear height, rainwater harvesting & recharge, west & south side landscape, energy efficient lighting distance between columns 40 feet+ and thermal insulation on the roof. The building is designed to take a load of 2 tons/sq. mt. on ground floor and 1 ton/sq. mt. on the 1st floor.

Alltech Biotechnology PVT. LTD.

The company whose headquarters are based in Lexington, Kentucky USA wanted a facility to produce natural feed supplements for poultry and a dairy industry.

We have successfully built a multi-storey plant for them as per their requirement having a 24 feet clear height and celestial windows for day light harvesting, rainwater harvesting and recharge, west side landscape , energy efficient lighting distance between columns 40 feet plus, 7 inch thick roof slab with 4 inch thick waterproofing and screed concrete providing roof insulation to prevent any heat transfer from the roof.

The company wanted to build a commissary to make pizzas and other foods, which would then take care of all its stores in South India- namely Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala under the brand name of Dominos Pizza.

A German company, which is over 100 years old, specialising in copper and copper alloys wanted to put up a slitting centre in Bangalore. We were shortlisted after a number of discussions and evaluations by their various teams.

The plant was built as per German standards. This is there 1st plant in India.

Global Indian International School Bannerghatta

Global Indian International School Bannerghatta Bangalore is designed keeping the surrounding natural park in mind. Another design aspect considered is biophilic design
which focuses on reconnecting people to the natural environment.

The structure which is designed is not only environmentally responsible and resource efficient, but also integrates health, wellness and positive experiences. Only 20 percent of the ground area is built up, the rest is all open space. Every room is designed to ensure that there is sufficient natural light and ventilation. All efforts have been
made to blur the difference between the indoor and outdoor. There is a free flow for movement of the children between the various activity centres both indoor and outdoor.
A number of initiatives have been undertaken to reduce the carbon footprint of the school.

Rainwater, Recharge and Harvesting: All the water from the roof are via a series of pipes taken to the recharge pits in the ground. The overflow pipe is connected to the harvesting tank. The water from the harvesting tank is used for landscaping. The entire drain and waste water from the toilets will be treated through the STP and stored in the overhead tanks for landscaping thus ensuring no wastage of water.

Day lighting: The entire campus has been designed to provide natural light which has a positive effect on human health. If daylight is not available LED Lights are provided to ensure resource efficiency Indoor Environment Quality. (IEQ) Special attention has been given to ensure a high IEQ with reference to indoor air quality, temperature, lighting and selection of building materials.

Exercise: The campus is designed to promote increased physical activity and exercise. Creating a walkable environment that connects children to all the green spaces and
therapeutic landscapes thereby reducing absenteeism and improve well being.
